So I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what I could do for this a little bit of the backstory. Back in November 2017 my house blew up with me and my father and all my animals inside thankfully me and my father survived we were able to get out however I lost all my animals. I found now that I have an irrational almost fear of emergency personnel vehicles with sirens on fire trucks fire in general like fire pits and things like that and the smell of smoke. Also this was the big event that sent my health into a rapid downward spiral it just sent everything all of the medical conditions everything into just chaos.
