I just wanna share how much I've been triggered this weekend. I have medical trama. started when I was 10. I was in and out of the hospital alot while also in foster care. this weekend I had to bring my friend to the ER. they have no family so through my panic I stayed. I've been nothing but triggered all weekend and holding it all in so my friend does not see.
