Yes yes yes!!! I'm terrified to give my children the trauma I have. I've said for a long long time, I know what I wanted my life to be like because I grew up seeing so much of what I didn't want!

  @AshleyAnn4 my eldest is only 2 and she's learned, completely by herself, how to help calm me down during an episode. I don't deserve her. I'm sorry you feel the same way I do by I am so glad I'm not alone...I know that's contradictory
