Struggling with DP/DR in Psychiatric Hospital

Yes! I didn’t realize it was dpd/drd at the time, but I was in inpatient and residential care centers for a while a few years ago. Definitely lots of pros and cons, and it really depends on the facility/staff - but it can be healing (or at least a learning/growth experience)! Well from my understanding if you don’t have an awareness of what’s real or not real you could be entering a transition to psychosis. That’s what I read on the internet. Just don’t get too many incentives in and try to keep your day as minimal as possible
