Struggling with Depersonalization/Derealization

I’ve had a terrible couple days with mostly DR but also DP. It makes me feel crazy like I’m not living my own life. I’ve said it before but what do y’all do to help in this moments. Has anyone here recovered from DP/DR?

Yes I have. It took me years but I was going to be damned if I let it take my soul and life away!

If anyone is curious. I am able to keep a job, go to college full-time, and be in a serious relationships. I thought I wasn't going to be able to do those things.

I feel like I am almost recovered. I am still a little dissociated all the time, but I doesn't bother me anymore. I describe it as like a constant one or two on the pain sale, that sometimes goes to a three. I would rather it not be there, but it doesn't impact my life. I used to be consumed by it. I used to have these attacks multiple times a day were I would be so dissociated I would feel numb. If anyone wants advice you can chat me or whatever it's called. How I got significant better is too long to put here
