The Pros and Cons of Living with a Health Condition

People i love getting drained by me being accidentally loud or forgetfull and then feeling the rejection sensitivity dysphoria that hits from it.

Cons:Easily distracted and can't focus. Pros: I can multi-task, play video games better, and plan ahead.

Pro: I can start a lot of projects at once Con: None of them are ever finished 😂

I have amplified emotions and I can get hyperfocused and easily distracted and there's no in between. I've had a lot of people dismiss my condition as if I can help it and I really can't. I've been and harsh medications for it that I feel made me worse as a human. There's a lot to ADHD than just "Ah, squirrel " and fidgeting. It drives me insane when people don't or refuse to understand.

Yeah, this is accurate to my experience too.

ADHD feels like everyone else got an instruction manual for life and I didn't, but sometimes that makes it feel like I get slightly different rules. I'm good at basically everything I try even if I can't stick with it and that's pretty cool! I can't control it, but when that hyperfocus hits I can do anything. Learning to work with it has been rough, but very rewarding
