While I hate having ahdh it genuinely helps with anxiety cause I start to think less about my actions whitch has it's pros and cons but it helps me be extraverted and helps me connect better :)

Be able to get obsessed about a particular thing randomly

That you can randomly have times where your brain lowkey doesn't work and everything is really funny, almost as if you're high. This happens to me especially when I'm sleep deprived and it's honestly really fun when it doesn't get in the way

Being able to find the joy in small things or in things many people don't seem to think about.

Being able to participate in a conversation that I've mostly tuned out (whether I meant to or not...) with just context, tone, and the few bits of words my brain chose to hear 👍

hyperfixtation that makes me create and finish art and projects i love, being able to multitask mentally when i'm not overwhelmed, creativity and finding connections between things that most people dont, it has a lot of struggles but i enjoy some of the not harmful symptoms

the happiness i feel when listening to music specifically songs with harmonies like multiple ppl singing on top of each other :) and the happiness that comes from hyperfixations. even though they’re temporary (unless they turn into a special interest for me haha) there’s something kind of beautiful about it??

I get random bursts of energy, even on a low energy day and it honestly is such a great feeling to change from being tired to all of a sudden extremely hyper for little to no reason
