I love how intuitively I connect things. My mind is like a spiderweb and everything connects. Everything is a metaphor for something else.

Just randomly becoming super interested in different things. I went through so many phases like memorizing the U.S. presidents in order, hand anatomy, world flags, instruments, etc.

My favorite thing is I’m so bad with silence and sitting still I am much more social than my anxiety wants me to be. With those combined I want to make people like me so I’ve gotten pretty good at being funny.

The best part about having ADHD is how knowledgeable we get when we get become hyperfocused on a particular subject. I know so much about the human endocannabinoid system and the effects of different cannabinoids on the human body that it's nuts, but it helped when I got a job at a smoke shop. 🤷🏼 You never know when you can use random knowledge lol 😅

being a "jack of all trades" can feel like its not valued so much in jobs or social media but it makes me an interesting friend lol

If I hyperfocus on a work project I can often do a week's worth of work in a day.

lmfao nothing. my bank account is drained and my room is full of hobbies i was once convinced i could make into a career. I work on it for weeks sometimes months and then never come back. if anyone else has positives to ADHD i’d love to hear them 😥
