hi :p does anyone know of any tricks to prevent with ankle subluxations/dislocations? one of my ankles will pop out almost every time i walk down stairs and it's really inhibiting :(

I wear ankle braces for support and have also used KT tape.
I use kt tape, it just helps me know that is that “right position” if that isn’t enough maybe look inot some strengthening pt exercises
