My knees are subluxing multiple times a day now, and it's excruciating. I'm struggling an hour into a shift at work, and I'm already only working 4 days a week. I genuinely don't know what to do.

Some suggestions include using a brace or neoprene, KT tape to keep the knees in place, and sleeping with knee braces on if the knees tend to slip out of place while sleeping. It's also recommended to use ice and take some Advil to get the swelling down. If you have a splint/brace/compression sleeve, it's suggested to put it on immediately after reducing a dislocated or subluxed joint and not take it off for at least 24 hours. Other recommendations include immobilizing the joint, using ice and anti-inflammatory meds, and elevating the joint. Some people have found relief with compression braces, or ones meant for Patellar support or ACL support.
