Possible Seizures Last Night, Need Advice

I have stress induced seizures. My neurologist called them dissociative seizures and it’s essentially the brain and nervous system not being able to handle all of the signals and so my body just kinda short circuits. Unfortunately they also said the only real treatment is stress management and therapy. Have you spoken to your primary physician about this or set up/seen a neurologist?
