Possible Pseudoseizures - Need Advice

I think I might be having pseudoseizures. I think I got them as a teenager, too, living in dangerous places. Haven't had them in a while. sometimes I get tunnel vision and fall over and my arms, torso, and head will shake. A few times ive hit my head but didn't remember doing it. Every time I have one, I loose all sense of time and space. I completely forget where I am. sometimes it almost feels dreamlike. My breathing stops, maybe, I'm not very reliable. I know when I'm coming to I'm not breathing then.

      @SunInAugust consistently being abused at home, school, church and too much stress. My brain got overwhelmed til it couldn't function.

      Im sorry to hear you experience that. Do you have a good neurologist and GP on your care team?

        @StripedTurtle i dont currently. I'm not sure where to start. The last GP I told said I needed to come back with some more details like how long they happened and what they looked like to an observer.

      I've only had one when I lived with my parents. Mother ignored it and said don't stand up so fast.
