What helps you feel less cranky on your period? I have pmdd and I get so depressed and irritable that I can’t function sometimes. My stress is way worse this week therefore my symptoms are worse. All I see on google is preventative measures, I need something that will make me feel better now as it’s happening. Note: I’m smoking weed as per usual and it’s not cutting it.

Maybe take a hot shower to relax to i would say a bubble bath but i find it gross to be in water when your on your period. I dont have mood problems during my period but my schizophrenia goes into over drive. Maybe you can try getting a coloring book for adults and color thats fun and relaxing
