You guys omg….I finally was able to shower and brush my teeth after a long time of not being able to do so :DDD I’m so happy rn even though it took so much encouraging myself that it’s 5am lol. I’m so proud of myself!! Tomorrow I want to take it a step further and wash my hair too

      I brush once every 2-4 months. My teeth are perfect for some reason. Not my breath 😅 but yea, i never brush because i eat until i fall asleep. Im vegan so im always snaking. But yea make sure your brushing with floride free toothpaste!! Or you will be an AI bot in Society and your pineal gland will be closed.
