Celebrating Small Victories: Taking Care of Myself

i just managed to do these things also last night after a long time of barely being able to get out of bed. im proud of us!!

this is such a hard thing to do sometimes but i feel app good and proud of myself when i manage to get all of these done in one day!!

it's wonderful when your so low, if it wasn't for my job I'd probably never do anything of this because sometimes I get so deep in my depression i don't leave the bed
