I established a habit of brushing my teeth twice a day, flossing at least once a day and washing my face at least once a day! I have an 18 day streak! I know it might not be a big deal to neurotypical ppl but I’m so proud of myself! I look better and feel better overall. It took me a long time to finally get to this point but wow I am glad I’m here.

Thats amazing! Very proud of you. Wish I could do that. If i am at home, brushing once a day is all i can manage. Undiagnosed asd/adhd.. psych thinks i have them both. Neurodiverse term is very new to me. Feels weird, but seeing your post, i was like... oohh thats one of my struggles too. Well done again. 👍🤗 💕
@PinkFlamingo Thank you! For a long time I could only manage to brush my teeth once if it was a good day. Washing my face was only once or twice a week and flossing was almost impossible. I started off small and worked my way to where I am now. I used to think I’d never get to this point. You can do it, I believe in you!
