for people with pcos and hypothyroidism what are some things you've done to help lose weight? For me it's SUPER hard to get it off.

      Noom, Pilates, supplements, goals. Nobody is perfect. Hang in there.

      I wasn’t able to lose weight at all regardless of my diet and exercise until I had been on medication for both for over a year BUT since last June I’ve lost 50 pounds while maintaining my normal diet and exercise simply because my system is finally metabolizing and processing. If you’ve been on your medication for longer than that I’d talk to your doctor. Personally I think stress has a lot to do with it. This may be a total coincidence but once I actually accepted my weight and stopped being so stressed about it, it started to come off.
