I had a panic attack last night for the first time in a long time, and it was the worst one yet. Does anybody else experience really intense physical symptoms with Panic Disorder? My whole body shakes uncontrollably and last night my legs were shaking so bad for so long and that made me even more afraid :((

      @Hmariex i stopped taking my Wellbutrin because i felt like it made me super dissociated and I was worried about the seizure risk, it feels good to know I’m not alone with the extra long panic attacks, trembling, and feeling like I’m dying

      Yes I had a 5 hour long panic attack about my bf coming over to the point that now I can't sleep in the same room as him and have so much anxiety I sometimes physically throw up in the morning 😥

      Yes. I have severe panic attacks to the point my whole body trembles and I think I’m Dying. Propanolol are meant to be good but I didn’t like taking them as I have children and I felt they made me slow
