Does anyone else shake during panic attacks? Then feel sore the next day and feel off for even longer. My eye twitches, my legs shake, my hands become numb, I feel like I’m falling, can’t breathe.. man it’s awful. The eye twitching just started recently, it’s been very annoying.

I don't feel off the next day or anything like that but when I have a panic attack my hands and legs shake so bad that when I force myself to move I tend to trip over nothing numerous times for hours even after the panic attack seems to have subsided

I've definitely spent some time wondering if I could have epilepsy rather than panic disorder because my panic attacks feel more like seizures, it does feel like I just don't have control of my movements, and I'll twitch, convulse, and/or shiver.
@JackieSparrow yes exactly ! Every time something in my body shakes or twitches and it feels awful.
