Panic Attacks Triggered by Police Presence

I hate trying to have a good day with my frienda and family and then I see a police officer, or a cop car, i instantly go into a panic attack. At my abusers they would fight every day and night, i dont remember one time they havent fought, but they would always have the cops called on them, ive been arrested once, and my abusers have multiple times, it akways got physical infront of my 6 year old sister [ who i took care of more than her mother and missed my childhood for her] ajd my twin brother, my abusers would have the cops there every day. They fought once from 7 in the morning to 6 in the morning the next day, and i had to watxh the police pull them apart as i got on the bus embarrased, but because of how much ive seen with cops and that stuff i just have reall bad panic attacks bevause of uit.
