Dealing with Panic Attacks After Trauma

I feel you, sweetie. My mother in law is a very hateful person and even owns it. She even said she knows she's that way. I have been in her house a month and it's ruined my peace. Hang on and it will be over soon.

Ugh thanks guys. My mother in law just kept saying that I need to be medicated because I can't control myself. Ugh eff her. Really. Oh she also said she was going to call the cops. For what though?! I didn't lay a hand on her. I can't wait to get out of this house.
