I have been experiencing more frequent panic attacks this week, and one symptom that I find very bothering is the feeling that my neck is too tight. I notice it more when I am driving, and it makes me feel more scared to even drive, and I get the urge to pull over and get out of the car. I had to go to the store today, and I had to pull over a couple of times on my way back home because of the sensations in my neck.

One of the replies in the provided context mentions that they experience panic attacks while driving and sometimes have to pull over and call someone to talk them through it. It's not uncommon for people to experience anxiety or panic attacks while driving, and physical symptoms like tightness in the neck can be a part of that experience.
