Have you tried "grounding"? It helps you focus on the "here and now" and less on your emotions and triggers.

I'm not too good at explaining the technical terms, but I can share with you one of my favorite techniques. Look around you. Name out loud 5 things that you can smell. Name out loud 4 things that you can touch. Name out loud 3 things that you can taste. Name out loud 2 things that you can hear. Name out loud one thing that you can see. As you take the time to notice and name each item, you will grow calmer because you distracted yourself from whatever might have triggered your panic attack.
