I suffer from panic attacks as well sometimes there is no reason. When I'm experiencing panic attacks I usually try to go on a walk or listen to music. Sometimes eating something sour can help.

Physical activity really helps me. Going on walks /jogs. Stretching and yoga. Positions where your head is faced down really helps. I guess it gets blood flowing

To help distract you, do the following 5 things you can see 4 things you can touch 3 things you can hear 2 things you can smell 1 thing you can taste Take a name, any name as long as it has 5 letters, put it in alphabetical order and think of 7 words using only those letters Go through the alphabet and name one thing that makes you happy for each letter
