How can I stop myself from freaking out when talking to somebody in public?

a trick i used to use is rubbing the inside of your hand to help keep you grounded

Usually I talk to the person and take some stops in between. We would have a conversation with some periods of awkward silence. It helps to regain my composure. It might be uncomfortable, but it’s a huge weight lifted off your shoulders!

@D3stiny This sounds like it'll help A LOT! I'll have to try it!
