Hi there! Something that helps me with overthinking is putting myself in the other persons shoes. Say for example you are nervous to ask someone a question, think about a time a classmate asked you a question. Did you think it was weird or odd of them to do so? No, of course not. They won’t think you are weird for asking a question either. They won’t be thinking about it as hard as you are, I know it’s easier said then done but you don’t have to stress. I hope this kinda made sense :)
