im stuck in a loop, i need to clean my room because its overwhelming and not helping my mental health, but the thought of cleaning my room is also overwhelming. i just cant get the ball rolling

What helps me is to take one task at a time. Start throwing away trash, then target clothes, then put any clutter in a pile or box and sort through it once everything is cleaner
