If you're looking for company while you clean try maybe listening to some podcasts or audio books. Or any media that you have a positive attachment with. Good job for opening up, you are doing so wonderful 💕
Omg this is me with my room. I have two baskets of cleans clothes that have been sitting for 3 weeks now. In my head I have everything planned out for cleaning my room, but when I go to do it I blank out and have a light panic attack and just end up back in bed. I have tons of list and ideas and plans but I can't seem to get anything on them done.

@Kesa this is exactly what I do, which becomes very frustrating and causes my room to make me feel stressed
Totally get this. Getting the worries or to-dos out of my head and into a visible list helps me a lot. Feels good to check things off!
@evanpepper I’m making lists all the time and then looking at how long it is overwhelms me.

@Bookworm94 *hug* it is overwhelming! When I have a lot, I separate it up by days. And if I don’t get it done, it’s ok to move it. I can try my best again later. Perfection is not attainable but making a little progress is huge and realistic ♥️
