Newbie here, looking for advice on how to overcome my anxiety

Hey y'all! I'm new here and just hoping to connect with someone that can relate. I am literally terrified of... everything. Headache? It's a blood clot or aneurysm. Heart skips a beat? Heart attack. Panic attack? I'm dying. I am constantly feeling every sensation in my body and worrying that it's going to end me. I'm so tired of living my life in fear. I'm starting my journey to healing and was wondering if anyone has any advice or tips to help me on this journey?

I feel the exact same. I wish I had the courage to go to a doctor but I just can never bring myself to.

Same same same. I feel like the meds help a little but it’s always there. I’m now afraid to have sex for fear of raising my heart rate. Can anyone relate? I listen to that anxiety guy podcast a lot. Helps some days.

I have struggled with this my entire life. Just now am I trying to get help with it. I don’t know if you have tried anti anxiety medication but it helps me at least some what. I just started counseling as well and I’m hoping this will also help me. I have chronic pain as well. Currently I am taking prozac
