Dealing with Anxiety: My Struggle and Seeking Help

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my problem with anxiety with the group and hopefully be able to help someone and receive much needed help also. I have anxiety pretty bad. I am frightened of going to Dr tomorrow. I wish there was something that could help me. my heart races my bp goes up. after it is over with i feel so stupid.

i get intense medical anxiety too, and the only way i can ease it is mental reassurance and preparation. if i have a reason to go there, i try to write everything down and prepare myself. if im prepared, i feel less like ive been shoved out on stage.

Have you met with this doctor before? You may want to ask if he does video visits for days when you don't want to go in. Feeling that way is pretty normal, though. I'll be praying for you. ❤️
