Struggling with OCD and Depression

Hi, I’ve had both OCD and MDD as well. Currently in a depressive episode. I agree that it feels like the hardest time of my life. But then I think back to my previous depressive episodes which also felt like the hardest when I was I going through them. There is hope - I am sure of it. Look up dTMS, which is FDA approved for OCD & MDD- I am on my third round of direct Transcranial magnetic stimulation, in 3 years- it has changed my life! I still take meds, but the dosages are low.

Same here love bug! I’m new to this app and so happy to see all the support. I’m in so much emotional pain right now but I know it’s all going to be worth it. We will have peace, happiness be able to look back in awe. Don’t give up.
