Hello, I've only just downloaded this app. I'm nervous about meeting new folks but I figured it'd be worth a shot to find others I can relate to, things have been lonely. I feel like my life is currently run by my OCD and whatever chronic physical illness I'm dealing with atm (still no clue, have been dealing with doctors for months now.) I'm constantly so scared of getting sicker and dying young. I'm at least not spiraling right now, but I still feel a deep depression any time I'm not panicking. It feels like the world is ending and nobody cares. I hope this isn't too heavy, but I can't talk to my friends about this kind of thing. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Hi! I relate to this so much. Have you ever tried exposure and response prevention (ERP) for your OCD? Changed my life. Check NOCD as a resource and you can look for providers on the IOCDF website.
