Obsessive Compulsive Skin Scratching

I don’t scratch but I scalp pick really bad!!

Scalp picking !

Yesss I have the worst issues with scratching and skin picking, especially since I have severe acne

I scratch, prod, pick, and bite. It’s annoying, and I end up covering my arms in bandaids or gauze because I don’t know when to stop. Especially when I do it absentmindedly, oh boy.

@DumbJock scabs are the total worst i always have to put bandaids on long after they’re needed just to avoid picking them all off!

I don’t scratch, but I pick at the skin on my fingers til they bleed. And scabs!! Scans are my worst enemy
