Any tips to stop or at least decrease skin picking? I particularly struggle with picking at my face (usually acne spots).

I struggle with this too. The best I can come up with so far is fidgeting with something

I also struggle with this a lot. Every time I try to stop doing it in one area, I start picking in another. My scalp is full of scabs and my face and shoulders have acne scars. My cuticles are also a mess šŸ„²

@sleepyk12 I've seen some products that you can put on your nails/cuticles that sort of seal it to prevent picking. Not sure if it works but you could maybe check it out!

I also need help. My current problem area is my scalp - I have scabs all over it.

@aevyn I used to pick my scalp but mostly when I wasn't really doing anything since it was a habit (laying in bed, watching TV, etc.). It might seem a little weird but sometimes wearing a beanie whenever I was just relaxing helped me from unconsciously picking at it.
