does it count as a Diagnosis if the ER doctor states that my(in his words) "seizures" aren't epileptic and simply Psychogenetic? or should I try to seek out a different provider to do more?

Based on the experiences shared, it is recommended to seek further medical advice if you are not satisfied with your diagnosis. One person mentioned that they were initially told their seizures were psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, but after further testing, it was confirmed they had epilepsy. Another person suggested getting a video of the seizures and tracking episodes to show to the doctor. It was also mentioned that the only true way to diagnose is an EMU (epilepsy Monitoring unit) stay where they have the EEG hooked up but also are watching through video.
