I am honestly so confused. So like I’m sitting there perfectly fine energetic and then all of a sudden my entire body and mood just changes and it’s like my social battery just drained completely. It affects me because I was talking to my boyfriend and I don’t want him to think that it’s anything serious. And he understands and knows everything it’s just he worries about me a lot and that just makes me feel even worse. And I’m so conflicted on how to even portray or speak what I’m feeling to him because then I just feel like me trying to explain makes it worse as well.

      Maybe you just need some self Care time. 💕 a long bath, a good book or movie. Write in a journal or draw. Do something that makes you feel like the person you are.

      It happens with me too. It’s so unpredictable for me and I don’t know when to expect it. It’s quite annoying to me because I want to be ready for these things. Being able to text about it here is a good step towards explaining to your partner
