Seeking Natural Remedies for Post-Mastectomy Swelling

I had my mastectomy done back in 2009, and had some swelling too. My therapist recommended arnica gel and bromelain supplements, but these didn't really help. I eventually used the good-old cold compress and kept my arm elevated to reduce swelling. It took some time, but it worked for me!

I tried the manual lymphatic drainage massage. with a certified masseuse-therapist in my area and had regular sessions. It did help but didn't solve it entirely...
