Enlarged Lymph Nodes - Seeking Advice

Is there anyone out there that has any issues with really enlarged lymph nodes, like right at 2cm in size ones? if so does anyone have any feedback they can pass along on how to proceed with approaching my MD about following up on this situation? Thanks so much ❤️

My arm pit lymph nodes swell and my doctor just told me to put a warm compress on it. I had my ruptured breast implants removed last year and have been detoxing from all that gunk that was in my body. My lymph nodes would swell after a really rough workout or during a detox wave. I talked to my doctor about it and he didn’t seem concerned because it would go away and come back. Eating clean and drinking a lot of water helped to flush everything out

thanks for the tip, my WBC have been high for over a year also. I had already been on antibiotics before my thyroid ultrasound when they were measured and noticed. It's just really strange and the left side of my breast to under my arm has been swollen for several months.
