Enlarged Lymph Nodes - Seeking Advice

My arm pit lymph nodes swell and my doctor just told me to put a warm compress on it. I had my ruptured breast implants removed last year and have been detoxing from all that gunk that was in my body. My lymph nodes would swell after a really rough workout or during a detox wave. I talked to my doctor about it and he didn’t seem concerned because it would go away and come back. Eating clean and drinking a lot of water helped to flush everything out
