      many!! Gluten free is a good start. Stretching helps my gut, walking also. Magnesium Citrate is good as a natural stool softener. It is hard to deal with for sure!! When I eat fruit and veggies and meat sparingly I feel best. Lots of water!!!💜💜 Yoga is great for gut and anxiety.
