Trying to enjoy my holiday and explore but I’m in constant pain walking around so it’s hard to enjoy. My ibs has been getting worse, I think it’s triggered by anxiety but I’m not sure. I waste hours of my morning in the bathroom, I wonder if something else is going on because the cramps and constant bloating is so painful.

For me my ibs is triggered by anxiety and stress. For me Ashwaganda, Magnesium Citrate and Peppermint Tea help relax my gut along with taking probiotics like Green Vibrance. Research these and see if they may be of benefit to you. I’m not sure if this may be helpful, but writing down the foods you’re eating and tracking when a flareup happens along with tracking how your mood and exercise throughout the day might be of benefit.
