I gave up on med's and started walking it did more for me than the medicine.

when I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist, he told me THE best thing I could do was walk. He was right. It may be difficult to get started, but start with a 15 min walk a day. Increase 5 minutes every week. It makes a BIG difference

Yes, I agree. Exercise definitely helps although it hurts so much as first. A theracane is also a great tool - although you have to endure pain for awhile until each muscle relaxes.

Hirudotherapy has helped me a ton but it can be "a lot" and finding a Hirudotherapist or maintaining your own leeches can be difficult. I also agree with exercise even though it's very difficult the first few weeks or even months.

Changing diet to one free of Gluten, Dairy, and Sugar helps me the most. Yoga stretches help too.
