Okay, I’m at a loss because I can’t find anything about this online and I’m not even really sure how to describe it, but figured I’d give it a shot here. For a while now I’ve been hearing this “fizzing” noise in the base of my head/back of my neck… that’s the only way I can describe it. Not feeling just that sound every once in a while. It lasts a few seconds, nothing seems to trigger it - it just comes and goes. Anyone have ANY idea or ever experienced anything similar ??

@Mooey I had seen that, but this happens when I’m still, like lying in bed :/ I don’t think I’ve ever felt it when moving

Look up “crepitus” on the internet. Might be what you are describing.

Yes, I get it too. I have found people talking about it online though. They say that they usually get it when they're hungry. I get it when hungry sometimes too, but sometimes I just get it when turning my head/moving my neck lol

@hazyeclipse interesting! I’ll have to take note and see if that’s the case with me as well. Thank you for letting me know I’m not alone! Haha
