i have certain tics too! i jerk my head and click my tongue, and at night i flick my wrist while i’m trying to go to sleep.

I think it was three years ago I used to twitch and flinch, pretty dramatically sometimes, I think it was from stress, or maybe side effects from meds.. I just felt the intense urge to flinch or crank my neck to the side or hit the table really hard, or shout. I don't know exactly what it was that helped it go away.

Very much do have tics as well. Been having my neck feel strained, having to shrug on my shoulder, and the ocasional spin tic moving to the side. Thinking it might be some type of nerve/ muscle problem bc i also go into acute dystonia with anti-psychotics. And also get tremors to a side effect from a medication

Yes! I shrug my shoulders, mess with my glasses, and pull on my ears and nose. I’m glad it’s not just me.
