Feeling pressure in my brain, anyone else?

I don't feel it but I totally hear it!

I feel Like my head is in a tunnel, like my ears need to pop and at random times I will get a high pitched ringing in my ears. the worst thing for me is the headaches when I get a headache it's extremely painful and I'm very sensitive to sound and light. I take tylenol 3 for this and when I have a really bad one it will help just enough to keep me from getting sick to my stomach.
