Constant Nausea and Dizziness with Inner Ear Pressure

I’ve been way more nauseous and dizzier than usual. Theres a loud white noise and ringing and pressure in my inner ear constantly and my neck and head will go hot even when I’m just laying down and I’ll just feel like I’m about to pass out. It’s so often during the day and it’s definitely frustrating. If I think of anything that makes me even slightly anxious or fearful it can trigger it.
