How to Monitor Your Health Conditions?

For me I have a couple types. I have the nervous/intrusive thoughts and then the physical like chest pain, fidgety, shortness of breath.

I can never tell myself actually. I’m trapped in a cycle of bad to worse then back to bad. I did get better when I left where I love for 6 weeks and went traveling to the mainland. I kinda think I’m reacting to something I live near, or am exposed to most days, here on Maui.

Depends, if you are taking meds for killing pathogens and herxing a lot that pain is from healing. Symptoms of detoxification usually feel like dying but they get better after 2 nights of sleep. If you are treating symptoms and not your root case that can cause more problems. We are in full moon rn and can be difficult for a lot of us with overactive immune systems because of parasites.
