It irritates me that dermatillomania is grouped under dermatitis factitia on this app. One is intentional, and one is compulsive, they are two completely different things. I don't pick and scratch to get attention, I do it because I literally can't control it. My fingers will end up covered in blood before I even realize that I've been picking. I wouldn't be doing it if I could stop myself.

Totally agree! I suffer from dermatillomania/excoriation and have since I was young. It is in no way on purpose and it feels impossible to stop! Wish they didn't group them together.
