I got RA and like twenty different mental illnesses and also probably a neurological disorder of some sort 🤣🤣🤣 I’m only twenty four and I’m completely useless and a burden because of these things 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don’t know what to do with myself lol. I feel hopeless. Do any of you have simultaneous mental and physical disabilities? How do you cope?

      I'm only 19 and had 2 separate knee surgeries, one when I was 12 and the other at 14. The scars r horrible and they make me feel self conscious. I also have anxiety, PTSD, and Carpal Tunnel. I feel hopeless consistantly but I confide in my friends and family. For a while, I didn't and I just coped by looking myself in the mirror and saying encouraging things and watching things that made me happy and laugh. Makes me forget about why I was upset. It still helps to this day. Hope u can find some sort of relief. ❤️

      I'm almost 27 and I've got back pain along with my ADHD and BPD. My whole family has Ehler Danlos Syndrome so I'm constantly in pain whether it's my back or my knees, or even arms. I'm pretty sure I've got some other neurological condition on top of that so I understand that completely.
