I'm in couple's therapy because it's covered for my SO and I can still get a simulacrum of actual help for myself. We aren't married yet so this is the next best thing to having my own insurance.

Hey there, and welcome!! One thing that I did today was have a karaoke session with myself! Singing has always been a huge coping mechanism for me, so I do it when I am stressed and want to be happy and energized again. ^^

i've been trying to allow myself to be at peace. i know that sounds super nebulous, but i just mean giving myself intentional time to push out everything to do with school and work from my mind and instead sitting in nature, playing music, or journaling. i get swept up in work and work-related anxiety real easily, so i'm trying to give myself an anchor through that peace-seeking.

Today I'm going to try adding ginger root to my diet to see if that helps with my anxiety and stomach issues
