Feeling like a burden to my loved ones

I’ve been feeling this heavily as of late especially with the holidays coming up. Mourning my old life and missing “me” and never easy. Unfortunately we will always have these moments. But truthfully you’re not alone and will find many others who feel the same way and will stick by you even when it’s hard

I do too. Like all the time! You just gotta surround yourself with the ppl that actually love you. I'm bpd n my husband is bipolar and one of the first things we figured out as a couple is to never go to bed angry. If we fight, we still tell eachother we love one another n sleep on it... wake up refreshed!
